Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of combined pathology of liver and cardiovascular system. In patients with hypertension and hypertension in conjunction with chronic hepatitis, hemodynamic characteristics, types of diastolic function and left ventricular remodeling were analyzed. The experiment revealed a variety of disorders of lipid peroxidation and changes in osmotic resistance or erythrocytes in hypertensive rats compared with normotensive. Assessed the effectiveness of integrated treatment with using of metabolic therapy. The conclusion about the feasibility of thiotriazoline introducing in schemes of treatment of essential hypertension and essential hypertension combined with chronic hepatitis has been made.
