Object - the cathode ray technology (EBT), the purpose - sound nanostructures (NS) for EBT, EBT size and application of plasma-ion technology (PIT); methods: a modified method of MKM, in the experiments: masspektrom- etrichesky method and other; novelty - the first time the possibility of obtaining the action of a number of streams of electrons of different energies and current densities theoretically and experimentally, revealed the selective nature of the release of metals from alloys in the EBT and the influence of electron reflection the coefficient of erosion; results: NA received, improved quality and the performance of EBT and PIT due to its use.
