The object of research is data processing automatization of geoinformation system layers and geometric nets, which depend on the other elements of system. The research objective is speed enhancing and all-inclusiveness of data processing automatization of geoinformation system layers and geometric nets, which depend on the other elements of system. These methods were used to achieve the objective: the methods of relational database theory were used during knowledge base formalization and knowledge base creating; the methods of mathematical simulation to identify knowledge base parameters; the method of data formalization was used for data processing automatization; the methods of object-oriented programming to program information systems. Scientific novelty consists in a new structure of knowledge base model about geoinformation system layers and geometric nets. This structure of knowledge base model differs from the others in multiplicative and additive components of the mathematical description of interaction between the parameters of various GIS elements and it permits to take into account two-way influence of the parameters of various GIS elements more accurately. Information technology of data processing automatization of geoinformation system layers and geometric nets is developed for the first time on the base of decomposition of GIS layers elements. The elements of GIS layers decompose with the influence on integral network indexes and interaction formalization between the indices of these elements and first-order polynomial in knowledge base and it permits to determine the integral indexes of geometric net faster than it used to be in case of parametric variation of GIS layer elements. In a view of multiple factors further development of automated data identification and the structure of mathematical process models in geometric nets allows complex and fast optimization of the integral indexes of geometric net of GIS layers variation at the expense of the correspondence between the structure of information GIS models and the structure of information models. Practical value of developed information technology consists in its widespread use for data processing and optimization of systems with geometric nets. Broad spectrum of goals is solved by this technology and it permits to use it in the establishments and the enterprises, which are occupied with management and parameter optimization of the objects. These objects are formalized as geometric nets in GIS. Implementation degree. Dissertation results are introduced into utility enterprise "Vinnytsia specialized assembly-and- operating division of road traffic management" and Department of Computerization and Telecommunication of Vinnytsia City Council, also these results were introduced into water management in the South Bug River Basin and they are used for training by "Modeling and monitoring of complex systems" Department in VNTU. Field of use involves control systems and optimization systems of object parameters, which are formalized as geometric nets in GIS.
