Actuality of dissertation research is stipulated activation of process of realization of the state borrowings - and internal and external, that draws growth of volumes of national debt. The problem of national debt of Ukraine is him offtype structure, by credit emission which was carried out at the beginning of 90th, problems of the budgetary adjusting.A question of management and maintenance of national debt is especially important in the context of those economic difficulties which during the last years are experienced by Ukraine. A decision of problem of maintenance of national debt is one of key factors of economic stability in a country. From character of settlement of promissory problem depends to a great extent, stability of economy and national currency, and consequently sponsorship of international financial organizations. The necessity of decision of these questions needs search of ways of improvement of mechanism of management and maintenance of national debt in Ukraine.
