Bila I. Government regulation of entrepreneurship in transforming economy of Ukraine

The thesis covers the problems of formation, development, implementation mechanism and efficiency of state regulation of entrepreneurship in the transforming economy of Ukraine. The priority directions of improving the efficiency of state regulation of entrepreneurship in Ukraine is defined: the optimization mechanism of state procurement, streamlining of tax exemptions, including in the sphere of innovations and improvement of the collection and refund of value added tax, restoring the confidence in the relationship between banking and entrepreneurial sectors of the lending business and ensure stability and reliability of the banking system, strengthening state control in respect of product quality and creating common standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures of domestic products.
