Kukharskaya N. Immunological features in children with undifferentiated dysplasia of connective tissue and ways to their immunorehabilitation

Dissertation is devoted to a relevant problem of pediatrics: increase of efficiency of diagnostics and development the ways of rehabilitation of disorders of the immune system in children with undifferentiated dysplasia of connective tissue (NDCT). The correction of immunological disorders were in two directions, from one side, with immunomodulator from Echinacea purple - "Immunal" (LEK, Slovenia) and dimephosphon, and from the second- , by preparation of vitamin of D3 (Videinum-3) and glicerophosphat calcium. The peculiar features of clinical picture, immune disorders and intercellular mediators - interleukins in children with NDCT were studied. The role of disorders of calcium-phosphorus metabolism in forming immune deficiency was studied. It was shown with the help of cross-correlation analysis, features of mutual relations between the indexes of metabolism of connective tissue, immunity and calcium-phosphorus metabolism in children with NDCT. The system of complex rehabilitation of immune disorders is based in children with NDCT, which is based on modern technology of diagnostics of these changes, and also metabolic disorders.
