Khandiuk I. The financial mechanism of forming and realizating innovative programs on the national leve

An object is innovative direction of financial policy of the state; a purpose is the study of theoretical, scientifically methodical and practical recommendations in relation to functioning of financial mechanism of forming and realization of the innovative programs on the national level in the modern terms of Ukrainian development; methods - empiric and theoretical research, induction and deduction, systemic approach, grouping method, graphic and trendy methods, economic and mathematical design; firstly - scientifically methodical approaches in relation to the structurally-organized constitution of financial mechanism of forming and realization of the innovative programs were grounded, consisting in complex combination of conceptual set, providing types of innovative programs, functioning principles of financial mechanism, involving leading organs that will provide the optimum use of the limited financial resources of the state; results - suggestions and methodical recommendations are developed and introduced into Institute of innovative technologies and study of the Ministery of Science and Education of Ukraine; Financial Department of the Executive Committee of Cherkasy Council; joint-stock company "Boguslav quarry"; Cherkasy State Technological University; industry - economics.
