Grishko V. Evaluation and management of investment and institutional capacity building enterprises

A research object is an evaluation process investment-innovative to potential of machine-building enterprises and management by him. An author is use the methods of generalization, analysis of the systems, design, abstracting, optimization. The place and role of investment and innovative capacity in the overall economic potential of the engineering enterprise have been revealed here. There have been improved the methodical principles of analyzing the factors that determine current and strategic level of investment and innovative capacity of engineering enterprises. Methodical principles of quantitative evaluation of the current level of innovative capacity of engineering enterprise have been developed in this thesis. There have been improved the methods and models of price fixation for innovative mechanical products, its quality control and determination of optimal volume investment in its production. Further development of methodical bases of forming of economic-organizing mechanisms of engineering enterprises' investment and innovative capacity realization has been obtained. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in development of theoretical positions and grant of methodical recommendations in relation to the improvement of evaluation mechanisms investment-innovative to potential of machine-building enterprises and management by him. The article of dissertation work is theoretical, methodological and the applied positions in relation to an evaluation investment-innovative to potential of machine-building enterprises and management by him. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of machine-building complex.
