Essay

A research object is a process of forming of competitiveness of dairy factories. Methods are used in dissertation work: mathematical design, analysis of the systems, semantic interpretation, economic analysis, factor analysis, matrix analysis. The theoretical and methodological positions are developed and practical recommendations for the gaining of sustainable competitive advantages of Ukrainian dairy factories using strategy of elasticity are proved in the dissertation. The conceptual characteristics of general use goods competitiveness, essential principals of general use goods competitiveness evaluation are investigated, the conception of elasticity as a new paradigm of competitive advantages of general goods is grounded on the basis of generalization. The macro analysis of economic situation on the Ukrainian dairy products market is done. The principals of marketing strategies are proved for rising the competitiveness of dairy factories, integration strategy in the dairy products supply chain on the basis of logistics is proved, and the typical solutions for enhancement of technological elasticity of production and distribution processes. The article of research is theoretical and methodical and the applied positions which touch creation of the protracted competitive edges of dairy factories in the context of realization of strategy of elasticity.
