Dashko I. Methods and performance evaluation of investment risk engineering firms

A research object are processes of evaluation of risk investment activity of machine-building enterprises. A research purpose is development theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations in relation to forming of the system of indexes and methods of evaluation of risk investment activity of machine-building enterprises. The author used methods of generalization, analysis of the systems, design, abstracting, optimization. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in development of theoretical positions and grant of methodical recommendations in relation to the improvement of mechanisms of evaluation of risk investment activity of machine-building enterprises. The developed and substantiates the method of rational investment decisions in view of risk. Methods of assessing risk of investing in equity and loan capital firms, and procedure for assessing risk and study the feasibility of investment projects, which plans a building company. Further developed methods of classifying risk factors of investment activity, factor analysis methods for investment risk level engineering firms, and the mechanism of information support investment decisions on building enterprise by expanding the base of indicators, based on the estimated risk of these solutions. The article of dissertation work is theoretical and methodological and the applied positions in relation to the evaluation of risk investment activity of machine-building enterprises.
