Ulyanova A. Evaluation of competitiveness of industrial-economic structures in machine-building industry

The object of the research is the process of evaluation of competitiveness of industrial-economic structures. The aim of dissertation research is development of theoretical and methodical basics of competitiveness evaluation of industrial-economic structures in machine building. Such methods of investigation are used: methods of comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, analog approach, grouping, methods of financial coefficient analysis, method of graphic visualization, method of logic generalization and system approach. Dissertation work is devoted to the questions of evaluation of competitiveness of industrial-economic structures in machine-building industry. Experience of managing of industrial-economic structures is investigated and summarized. Interpretations of concept of industrial-economic structure in machine-building, competitiveness of industrial-economic structures are developed. The system of competitiveness evaluation principles is improved on the basis of analysis of methods and principles of competitiveness evaluation of industrial entities. Three-dimensional concept of competitiveness evaluation for industrial-economic structures in machine-building is proposed. The concept is based on definition of subjects, objects and methods with consideration of levels of planning (strategic, tactic, and, exactly operational). This concept of evaluation will allow conducting comparison of evaluations of competitiveness of industrial-economic structures of different types, which are those that can include financial coalition and those without it. The method of evaluation of competitiveness of industrial-economic structures on operational level of planning is improved. Developed is the method of industrial-economic structures' competitiveness evaluation on tactic level of planning, which considers heterogeneity of structure of basic assets of entities inside the structure. Methodic recommendations for building of information-organizational maintenance for industrial-economic structures' competitiveness evaluation are proposed. Information-organizational maintenance takes into consideration levels of planning of competitiveness of economic structures (strategical, tactical, and operational). Subject matters of the research are theoretically methodological basics and methods of evaluation of competitiveness of economic structures in machine building. Industrial-economic structures in machine-building are the sphere of use of the author's recommendations.
