The object of the research is IFG capital structure planning. The aim of the work is theoretical, methodical and practical recommendation developing of IFG capital structure planning. The author used methods of theoretical generalization, systematization and comparison, statistic and comparative analysis, economics and mathematical design, correlation analysis. In dissertation work IFG capital structure forming conception was developed, it included definition of IFG capital components composition, definition of "IFG capital structure planning" and internal system sources that were added to the classification of debt capital forming sources. Determination method of financial and not financial capital values in the IFG capital structure on the base of market added value maximization with help of economic-mathematical model was proposed. Correlation rate to determinate IFG member's capitals correlation lever was proposed to use. Method of IFG capital structure optimization of debt and equity capitals on the base of economic value added maximization with help of the economic-mathematical model was developed. Method of IFG members influence on planning capital structure was estimated. Subject of investigation is theoretical and methodical, practical states of IFG capital structure planning. The sphere of author's recommendations application is IFG and their members.
