Object of research: process of forming the enterprise investment value (EIV) of engineering industry of Ukraine and its assessment; purpose of work: generalization and further development of the theoretical propositions and methodological providing for the process of EIV of engineering industry of Ukraine and development of scientific and methodological and also practical recommendations for its estimation taking into consideration the state of the internal environment factors and influence of the external factors; research methods and equipment: method of theoretical generalization, method of historical and economical analysis, dialectical method of scientific cognition, methods of statistical and also technical and economical factor analysis, method of expertise, method of taxonomic rate of development construction, method of additive compression, method of complete linkage, method of unweighted pair-group average, K-means method, Ward's method, method of exponential smoothing; theoretical and practical results: selection procedure of evaluation methods of EIV, which is based on the complex approach and includes: enterprises' expenditures , ability of the enterprise to generate incomes in the future, influence of key external and internal factors of EIV forming; methodical propositions concerning assessment of the influence of external factors of EIV forming, the main feature of its is the use of integral index of key external factors influence on investment activity of the enterprise, its is calculated by method of taxonomic rate of development construction and its positioning in the three-dimensional array, that reflects the state and dynamics of national, regional and industry external factors; methodical approach to EIV assessment on the basis of calculation of complex index of internal factors of forming EIV valuation, its is the base for determination of prior methods of EIV assessment; methodical support for EIV forecasting, a feature of its is the use of multifactor dynamic model for estimation the future state of key internal factors of EIV forming in engineering industry of Ukraine; definition of the term "enterprise investment value", the feature of its is in enhancing its subject and object cutout and estimation of economic targets of the participants of the assessment process; classification of factors of EIV forming by classification criteria: place of origin, period of action, nature of determination, level of influence, nature of influence; classification of the external second-order factors is completed: national, regional and industrial factors, its let improve methodical basis of the estimation of their influence on the EIV forming; degree of introduction: developments are realized on Stakhanovsky Machine Building Plant (plc), Promdesign (LLC), Modus (LTD); sphere of use: investment activity of the enterprise in the engineering industry of Ukraine.
