The thesis is devoted to solving urgent problems of modern pediatrics, namely the study of complications of long-term use of antibiotics in the form of C. difficile intestinal infection in children. As a model patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected who reside in the closed hospital. Disease prevalence on positive test results for toxins C. difficile in the stool. This intestinal infection has presented with diarrhea, abdominal pain form without diarrhea and subclinical asymptomatic according to clinical forms. Intestinal infection caused by C. difficile course is predominantly undulating, the peak number of infected corresponds to the period from 2 to 4 months from the start of antibiotics therapy. Medical staff of the closed children's department is in contact with a large number of patients infected C. difficile has no positive tests for toxins in the stool. Simultaneous indication of antibiotics and probiotics strains Lactobacillus acidophilus R0052 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011 in a daily within one month together with continuous antibiotic therapy is an effective prophylactic and therapeutic agent against infection C. difficile in children.
