Gitis T. Increase of management efficiency due to improvement of estimation of machine-operators professionalism on a machine-building enterprise

Object of research: process of management the personnel of machine-building enterprise. An object of research: theoretical and practical aspects of management professional development of machine-operators of enterprise due to perfection of his estimation. The concept of a professional sample of a machine-operator is formulated. The task of estimation of professional development is regarded as a task of recognition of patterns, for the decision of which the Kohonen maps are used. A chart of the previous processing of data is offered that enables to manage meaningfulness of criteria on the basis of interests of the enterprise. The process of management professional development of machine-operators of enterprise is considered within the limits of the developed procedure of their estimation. Their the measures to encourage machine-operators to the increase of level of professional development are offered.
