The object of researches is Change of maintenance of albumen in milk of cows of ayrshir, red steppe, lebedins, Simmental, Ukrainian red-pied milk and Ukrainian black-pied milk breeds. The purpose of researches is Study of influencing of genetic and ungenetic factors on maintenance of albumen in milk and output of milk albumen of cows. The methods of researches are zootechnic, laboratory, statistical. Results of researches: 1. For a theory - First complex and in a comparative aspect the influence of genetic and ungenetic factors is appraised on the change of maintenance of albumen and output of milk albumen in milk of cows of the planned breeds of Ukraine. Substantial factors which affect basic selection signs are selected. 2. For practice - As a result of introduction of developments on total number of livestock 7630 cows an economic effect to 77 is got the economies the UAH calculating on every appraised animal with the use of the offered methods and models. A general economic effect from introduction on total number of livestock exceeded 7630 chairmen 589404 UAH The sphere of the use is the economies on growing of cattle of Ukraine.
