Essay

The thesis contains an analysis of the methodological, essence and system-structural features of juridical procedure as an independent law category. The authorial definition of juridical procedure is formulated in this scientific work, various aspects of its essences were certain, distinguished basic signs of the investigated category. Within the limits of the thesis the features and role in the law adjusting mechanism of procedural norms-in-law and procedural relations-in-law were found out. It is improved the classification of legal procedures, and also given description of such its basic varieties, as law-making procedure, law-interpretation procedure and law-application procedure.
