The thesis focuses on the investigation of theoretical and practical problems concerned with methodology of proof adaptation to contemporary priorities of criminal justice system. A wide range of viewpoints concerning essence, structure and goal of proof, and its methodological bases, are systematized and theoretically summarized. Peculiarities of the parties proof legal regulation, court's role in criminal-procedural proof and place of factual data and case circumstances evaluation in the methodology of proof are revealed. Possible ways of acting legislation perfection are pointed.
