The object of research: the mechanism of investment of the state system of soil fertility in Ukraine. Objective: To develop scientifically based suggestions for improving the investment framework for civil protection system of soil fertility. Methods: dialectic method of knowledge, abstract and logical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, generalization, and the average relative value, analysis of the structure and dynamics, tabular, graphical, statistical groupings, the correlation and regression analysis, accounting, constructive, analogies , monograph, systematic approach. Scientific novelty: first proposed definition of "public system of soil fertility" and classified investments for the health of soil fertility on the 16 th features, improved system performance for in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of investments in soil fertility, health, methodological approaches to the development of technological maps and identifying the cost of agrochemical agrochemical manufacturing and inspection of the passport of land, a typical land lease agreement, systematic approaches to ecological and economic assessment of soil fertility decline, gained further grounds future needs for investment in developing the system of soil fertility, organizational support system development of soil fertility, investment terminology.
