Research object: a set of financial relations, events and processes that occur in mortgage lending to agricultural enterprises in post-crisis financial conditions of space. Objective: Formation of new theoretical and methodological dimensions of the platform and justification of scientific and applied recommendations for the development of mortgage lending agricultural enterprises are dominant feature of intensification and expansion in post-crisis financial space. Methods: dialectic, logic synthesis, historical analysis of scientific abstraction, poelementno analysis, grouping, and expert correlation and regression analysis, accounting, constructive, graphic, coefficients, comparison, modeling, approach. Scientific novelty: first developed projection technology integrated forsaytnoyi activation and development of mortgage lending farms, grounded organizational guidelines for mortgage lending to small farms in different climatic zones, improved synthetic matrix of mortgage lending to agricultural enterprises and integrative hierarchical basis as individual its components, scientific and methodological approaches measuring potential mortgage their farms belonging to different climatic zones; Further development of theoretical tools for identification and differentiation of risk and justification paths and design of institutional mortgage lending submatrytsi farmers.
