This dissertation researches the European standards of maintenance of human rights in pre-judicial stages of criminal procedure of Ukraine. The idea and nature of European standards of maintenance of human rights in criminal procedure are revealed in this work. In the dissertation the system of European standards of maintenance of human rights in criminal procedure and its functions are determined. The dissertation researches the legal regulation and realization of the European standards of maintenance of human rights in pre-judicial stages of criminal procedure of Ukraine.
