The thesis is dedicated to the study of recurrent nondiabetic ketonemia (primary acetonemia) in children with underlying uratic diathesis and consists in increasing of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of purine metabolism disorder. Specific methods of observation such as serum lipid composition, nitrogen metabolism end products (urea, urinary acid, kreatinine), nitric oxide system activity (nitric oxide synthases, nitrite and nitrate ions) and free amino acid profile have been used. Complex therapy including metabolic drug Tiotriazoline has been accompanied with positive clinical dynamics, remission period prolongation and has provided metabolic care with ketogenesis and hyperuricemy significant decreasing.
