Essay

The thesis deals with issues concerning the rehabilitation of children, that get sick frequently and protractedly with acute respiratory infections, residing in conditions of an orphanage closed group. The high level of infection in children, living in orphanages, persisting by intracellular infections has been revealed. In the thesis the analysis of immunological status of the given patients' group has been carried out. The characteristic features of it's changes on the background of infection by persistent pathogens have been found out. A high frequency flow resistant to the effects of antimicrobials of microflora in ARD complications in these children has been revealed. A complex of etiopathogenetic therapy of children, that get sick frequently and protractedly, in orphanages has been suggested (administered). It's clinical-immunological efficiency has been proved.
