Pytsiura N. Cardiovascular infringements in newborn infant with meconium aspiration syndrome and their pathogenetic correction

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of optimization of correction of disorders of the cardiovascular system in infants with aspiration syndrome meconium in the intensive care unit for newborns. It is shown that newborns with aspiration syndrome meconium in early neonatal period are at risk of disorders of the cardiovascular system in a clinical and hemodynamic changes, energy deficiency and metabolism in cardiomyocytes. Determined that a strategy of mechanical ventilation in newborns with aspiration syndrome meconium is characterized by large the mean airway pressure (MAP) and partial large proportion of oxygen in breathing gas (FiO2) through the destruction of lung parenchyma. Pathogenetic substantiation and clinically proven to treat disorders of the cardiovascular system in infants with aspiration syndrome meconium schemes include therapeutic drugs, Coenzyme compositum and L-carnitine allowing normalize energy metabolism in the myocardium, and improve systolic and diastolic ventricular function.
