Bovkun O. Forecasting of children's сhronic gastroduodenitis taking into account factors of aggression and gastroprotective potential

In this work the results of clinico-laboratorial and instrumental researches are presented. They were taken among 158 patients with chronic gastroduodenitis: 108 children with chronic gastroduodenitis, associated with Нelicobacter pylori, and 50 children with chronic gastroduodenitis, non-associated with Нelicobacter pylori. Peculiarities of clinical demonstrations and clinicoendoscopic variants of disease taking into account the level of pepsinogen-1, acid-forming function of stomach, fucosa of gastric juice and the indicator of lectin histochemistry are studied. Diagnostic value of determination of fucosa of gastric juice is proved. The high sensitivity and specificness of this method is determined. Advantages of consecutive antihelicobacter therapy using chronic gastroduodenitis among children with lower level of gastroprotection (especially among the patients with high level of pepsinogen-1) are proved. The combination of antihelicobacter therapy with adding the sucralfate from the first days of treatment eliminates gastroprotective malfunction. There were developed numerical prognostic tables of formation of precocious relapses among children with chronic gastroduodenitis, non-associated with Нelicobacter pylori and tables of effectiveness of antihelicobacter therapy of chronic gastroduodenitis associated with Нelicobacter pylori.
