Jakovtsova T. Clinico-psychopathological characteristics, patterns of formation and treatment principles of affective and neurotic disorders

On the basis of comparative clinical-psychopathological and psychodiagnostic study obtained data on the clinical features of the structure and pathogenic mechanisms of affective and neurotic disorders. Studied the clinical and psychopathological phenomenology of mental sphere in patients with affective and neurotic disorders. Defined personal and pathopsychological characteristics of these patients. The basic pathopsychological mechanisms for the formation of mental sphere in patients with affective and neurotic disorders. Based on the results of the study developed the principles of constructing a system of differentiated psychotherapeutic correction of affective and neurotic disorders using rational psychotherapy, hypnosuggestive psychotherapy, autogenic training and group psychotherapy. Proved high clinical efficacy of the proposed system of psychotherapeutic correction.
