Essay

In the work on the basis of complex studies (radiological, anatomical, histological, ultramicroscopical, morphometrical, statistical) is realized structured organization of the myocardium, lungs, liver, kidneys of the clinical health dogs, which were growed on conditionally clean and contaminated of radionuclids territory. On result of radiological studies is installed that most big contents Caesium beside explored animal is noted in lungs and heart, the least - in liver and kidneys; the most contents strontium - in heart, lungs, afterwards in liver and kidneys. On the basis of morphological studies is realized that low level of radiation in organism of the dog of the cause change on microscopic and ultramicroscopic level, which are expressed by loosening of filaments of kardiomyocits and picnosis of their nucleuses, bulge alveolar partiton, elements of lungs' stroma, dystrophical processes in liver, which revealled itself fatty and hydropical dystrophy, atrophy of kidney balls, expansion and narrowing of kidney channels, haemorrhages in cortex substantion of kidneys. This is indicative of development of compensatoric and adjustmentive reaction in organism animal on cumulative action of radionuclids. Got change data on ultracellular, celluar, tissue and organs level beside explored organs of the dogs by significant measure complement the modern beliefs about morphological condition of the organism of animals, which degree of the change depends on period of the finding of animal on polluted by radionuclids territory.
