Object of research - a clinical course at patients with urothelial tumours of a kidney depending on various variants of the combined treatment. A research objective: to provide increase in a survival and improvement of quality of a life of patients with urothelial a cancer of a kidney by application of the combined therapy which includes nephruretectomy with resection the ostium of ureter and endolymphatic polychemotherapy, according to the developed program. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, laboratory, statistical processing of results. Novelty - for the first time indication to endolymphatic chemotherapy are developed at urothelial tumours of a kidney, including in a combination to other methods of treatment, the original method of endolymphatic polychemotherapy as adjuvantical treatment, the nearest are studied and remote results of the combined treatment of patients with urothelial tumours of a kidney depending on the variants of introduction of khimiopreparatov, quality of life is investigational. Results - the developed and entered technique of the combined treatment of patients with urothelial tumours of a kidney with application endolymphatic polychemotherapy has allowed to improve essentially quality of a life and authentically to increase a survival of patients. It is introduced in practice of the Donetsk regional antitumoral centre, oncological clinic of Mariupol, the City oncological clinic of Gorlovka. Results of work are used in educational process of Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorky. A field of application: medicine (oncology).
