Research object: process of quality of products management on machine-building enterprises. Purpose: development of theoretical-methodological and applied principles of forming and realization of control system by quality of production on the whole and to the products in particular for machine-building enterprises in the conditions of market transformation. Methods: comparative and factor analysis, cross-correlation and comparative analysis, expert estimations, optimization, informative-entropy approach. Novelty: conception of quality of products management is first offered, based on the use of process, systems and situational approaches and principle of all-embracing management, the method of optimization of control system by quality is improved, based on a competence and increase of role of workers of measurings laboratories. Sphere of the use: in activity of OAO??? «Ukravtobusprom», «Conveyer» and Experimental-Mechanical Factory «Carpathians», in the educational process of the Lviv University of Business and Law.
