Object of research - processes of functioning of state bodies by economy. A research objective is formation of the conceptual approach, working out of methodical positions and scientifically-practical recommendations about management of efficiency of functioning of state bodies of economy. Research methods: the system analysis, the comparative analysis, abstraction, the statistical analysis, the analysis of standard documents and programs, logic generalisation.
