Essay

The aim is to reveal the features of the joint influence of fine silica additives, and superplasticizer polymer redyspergic - organic-mineral modifier on the properties of cement-ash mixtures and solutions on their basis. The research object is dry adhesives cement-ash mixes with additions of organic-mineral modifier and solutions based on them. Basic properties of adhesive mortar mixture, especially their structure during consolidation was investigated by means of: methods and rotational viscometer plastometric and pulsed ultrasonic method. The paper is widely used mathematical planning of experiments, and standardized testing methods and binding solution. The novelty of the results on which the proposed recommendations to improve technology adhesives modified mixtures is established mechanism of directional control of the structure and rheological, technological, adhesive, deformation and other physical and mechanical properties of cement-ash adhesives solutions at modifying their organic-mineral modifier, which contain superfine silica and organic components; features in the study of influence of additives on the properties of OMM, which determine the durability of adhesives solutions - fracture toughness, impermeability, frost and corrosion resistance. The practical value of the work is that a systematic study allowed to obtain quantitative complex dependencies that determine the properties of cement-ash solution, proposed modified organic-mineral modifier and enabled them to develop technology-based adhesives effective building solutions. The proposed organic-mineral modifier resulting in improved quality indicators adhesives ash-cement mortars. The methodology of design stores ash cement mortar mixture with additives OMM using a set of experimental-statistical models. Efficiency of different methods of obtaining and offered the best of the cement-ash adhesives solutions. The level of implementation of the results is due to insufficient release party dry adhesives mortars modified by the proposed organic-mineral modifier the company LLC "Magic" (Lviv). Dry mixes were designed for manufacturing solutions for fastening facing tiles used on building sites, Lviv. Area (region) use - companies that manufacture dry construction adhesives modified mixture.
