The thesis is devoted to the research into the build-up theoretical - methodo-logical aspects of national agricultural market based on logistic principles. The model of an agrarian product promotion system to consumers connected with logistic wholesale (intermediate) companies - wholesalers is developed. The methodology of position-fix for logistic companies in the vicinity of administrative regions is suggested. Recommendations in relation to the logistic subdivisions forming in the structure of agricultural organizations and organizational framework of logistic companies - fruit and vegetable wholesalers are developed.
