Object of research - a cost-financial processes arising from investment activities of agricultural production. The purpose of research - rationale and modernization of theoretical and methodological tools for the development and use of financial mechanisms for regulating the investment activity of agricultural production in the region and to develop practical recommendations. Methods of research - abstract-logical, expert evaluation, statistics, simulation. Theoretical and practical results - the economic nature and role of financial mechanisms of regulation of investments activity of the agricultural production of the region was showed in dissertation. It was ascertain the particularities and principles of forming of financial mechanisms of regulation of investments activity of the agricultural production of the region. It was evaluated the effectiveness and expediency of existing financial mechanisms of regulation of investments activity of the agricultural production of the region and it was also developed on the medium term the methodological and organizational recommendations to the national support of agricultural production of the region. The expediency of creating a special fund of financial support at the national level that provides a qualitatively new conceptual foundation of building a harmonious relationship between farmers, financial and credit institutions and state. Novelty guide the implementation of complex theoretical, methodological and applied the rationale of priority trends of development of financial mechanisms for regulating the investment activity of agricultural production in the region.
