Essay

The method of solid-state phase synthesis compounds Ag6GeS4Br2, Ag3GeS3Br and Ag6SnS4Br2 is developed. The electrical conductivity components of crystalline and glassy alloys was measured by dc probe method. Halogen anions in this materials display the properties of the quasi-liquid in motion unlike formula silver. The current electrodes act as sourses of ions Ag, Br(I). The model superionic conductivity is proposed. The conductivity data demonstrates that synthesis materials are superionic conductors.
