Object - the management of network resources in telecommunication systems. The purpose - improving the efficiency of resource management telecommunication network by using IP multi-agent system. Methods - probability theory, queuing theory, mathematical tools of probability-time graphs, queuing theory, the apparatus of differential-difference equations. Results - improved and developed the model and method for managing network resources using multi-agent system. It is introduced - in the research work in the educational process of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. Sphere of application - the managerial system by telecommunication networks, as well as when undertaking research and research and development work on making the expert system of support decision making
