The research object is the savings transformation into investments of national economy. The aim of the thesis is to extened the theoretical and practical recommendations for the savings transforming into national economy investments. The author used following general scientific and research methods: a comparative analysis and synthesis system, statistical , graphical and tabular analysis, method of economic-mathematical modeling, structure-function. The complex of provisions savings transformation into investments of national economy. The impact models of savings to GDP is mentioned for the first time. The interpretation of the term "savings", and mechanism of savings transformation into investments are developed. The subject of research are theoretical and methodological foundations and methodological provisions applied to savings transformation into investments of national economy.
