Essay

This paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental determination of the size of low-temperature unstable deformation of metals and its laws, depending on the characteristics of the material parameters of loading system, strain rate and scale factor in a wide range of changes. A nonlinear mathematical model of low-temperature unstable deformation was build. The computational method for reproducing computer stress-strain diagram under conditions of instability of deformation is developed. The description of the kinetics of jump-like deformation is obtained.
