TARASEVYCh T. Medical workers as special subject of crime

The thesis is devoted to criminal analysis of medical workers as a special subject of crime, objective and subjective signs of a professional crime. We formulated a new theoretical position, specify the content of certain concepts that are important for science, practice, and to improve the grounds of criminal responsibility of medical workers as a special subject of crime. Synthesis foreign experience in medical professional liability for crimes committed by a legal analysis of the characteristics of their warehouses. The distinction made occupational health related crimes, as well as relevant criminal offenses related to other encroachments consider criminal qualification of professional medical crimes, аnd reviewed the relevant criminal sanctions law. Proposition of Ukraine criminal legislation improvement and application have been developed.
