Martirosyan A. Criminal responsibility for the interference with the functioning of a court

The dissertation is an individual completed scientific study, one of the first complex research in the juridical science of Ukraine dedicated to criminal responsibility for the different forms of the interference with the functioning of a court. The thesis gives the argumentation of importance to secure the independence of the adjudicative power on the international and national levels. The study contains the analysis of the peculiarities of the construction and elements of the body of a crime which anticipate responsibility for the interference with the functioning of a court. The thesis gives the argumentation of the proposals of improvement of the effective legislation on criminal responsibility and proposes new versions of the articles that anticipate responsibility for the interference with the functioning of a court.
