The dissertation work is solved the science-technical task of increasing work quality of the ground-based navigation systems by improve of its correction method and technological development and by investigation effects of row errors on the accuracy of navigation equipment work and development of the effective methods compensation this errors. This methods offers the correction methods of stationary moving trajectory of vessels from satellite radio navigation systems including equations of moving and errors. This lets to decrease the trajectory deviation of stationary moving of vessel to value which approach to errors of the radio navigation systems of determine ship's position in horizontal plane. Recommendations were give on decrease errors of the integrated navigation system and increase reliability and degree of navigation measurement certainty. The new technology was offered for manufacturing spring suspension of dynamic turning gyro which lets substantial increase accuracy of making its strips to two time, increasing the labor input of making this components that increase working accuracy of this device and decrease its manufacturing costs. The new technology processes were developed for improve quality of navigation equipment manufacturing and were done practical recommendations on their introduction to practice.
