In this dissertation work а concept of application the machine-building enterprise restructuring mechanisms was built up, that based on the system approach, supposes a market analysis and consists of three blocks: current state analysis, aims system making, planning and organization. The realization of the idea enables to increase the enterprise activity efficiency and to provide it with proper economic safety level.
