Essay

The thesis deals with the research and theoretical grounding of mechanisms and working out of practical recommendations with the aim to improve and increase effectiveness and efficiency of legal normative and legal adjustment of agricultural cooperatives. The influence of Ukrainian market economic relations on local development of legal adjustment in agricultural cooperatives is investigated. The concept and peculiarities of local normative and legal acts as well as their types and forms are theoretically researched.
