Essay

The thesis deals with theoretical and legal study of the phenomenon of legal nihilism in the modern stage of social transformation in Ukraine. The work processes of the origin and evolution of the phenomenon of nihilism. Author 's definition of legal nihilism (antyyurydyzmu) as an integrated subsystem of the phenomenon and reveals its essence, its determinants identified by analyzing the structure, types, characteristics (features) which is an attribute in current conditions. The causes and forms of manifestation of status (police) legal nihilism; optimum ways to minimize the above mentioned phenomena.
