The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific study of indirect material and legal presumptions in the legal regulation of the industry. Also features of the application of indirect material and legal presumptions in various areas of law. Proved that the indirect implication, above all, have a material content and their procedural aspects, as a rule, is derived from the material.
