Politylo M. Cooperation of machine-building enterprises in the process of innovative development

The processes of machine-building enterprises' co-operation in the process of innovative development are the research object. The theoretical and applied statements of formation and functioning of machine-building enterprises' cooperatives in the process of innovative development are the research subject. The research goal is defined as development of theoretical theses, methodic and applied recommendations for improvement of machine-building enterprises' co-operation in the process of innovative development. Systematization, generalization, expert opinion, induction and deduction are the research methods. In the dissertation the identification method of working balances for effectiveness increase of machine-building co-operation in the innovative process has been developed firstly. The results of its usage form the basis for management decision-making which regulate the volume and structure of cooperation subjects' expenses, prices of innovative products, methods of influence on the management subjects, marketing strategies etc. The co-operation effectiveness evaluation method on the basis of quantitative, behavioral, marketing approach, which takes into account peculiarities of co-operative relations of machine-building enterprises' co-operation in the innovative process; evaluation mechanism of innovative development level of machine-building enterprises; evaluation method of management decisions realization for machine-building enterprises' co-operation in the process of innovative development have been improved. The concepts of "innovative development", "system of innovative development of machine-building enterprise"; technologies of formation and realization of co-operation strategies and also management decision-making of machine-building enterprises in the process of innovative development have been further developed. The research results have been used and inculcated in the machine-building enterprises' activity and have been used in the academic process. The industry branch of machine-building enterprises is the sphere of the use of author's suggestions.
