A research object are processes of functioning of organizationally-economic mechanism of after privatization development of enterprises. A research aim is development of theoretical positions and methodical and applied recommendations in relation to the improvement of organizationally-economic mechanism of after privatization development of machine-building enterprises. In dissertation such methods of research are used: systematization and generalization, induction and deduction, statistical analysis, forming of aims, model making and others like that. A concept " after privatization development of enterprises" is specified, chronologic classification of the after privatization stages of development of machine-building enterprises is developed, factors that determine forming and use of organizationally-economic mechanism of after privatization development are distinguished, method of prognostication of after privatization development of machine-building enterprises on a base Fuzzy-technology, the model of development of organizationally-economic mechanism of machine-building enterprise is formed on after privatization stage. The sphere of the use of authorial recommendations are enterprises of machine-building complex.
