Essay

In thesis generalization is realizing and the decision for a new problem to Law Sciences is given. The problem of historical and legal principals for forming and development of the Ukrainian diaspora has been etermined.Ukrainian diaspora achievements to development of rights for the ethnic minorities in Canada and their legislative fixing were investegated. The process of legal confession to internees persons of the Ukrainian origin in Canada in the First World War years and payment in honouring of memory of victims at legislative level from Canada government were researched. It was determined how Ukrainian diaspora advocated to Ukrainian person interests after Second World War.
