The legal globalisation, as one of the mainest aspects of general globalisation is examined. The main directions of globalisation influence on national legal systems are determined and examined, particularly, universatisation of national law (which's methods and techniques are reception, harmonisation, unification, standardisation, adaptation, approximation and infiltration), the further influence of international law on national law, enforcement of positions of regional law in functioning of national legal system and influence of supranational law as a product of globalisational products on national legal system.
