Mischuk V. Unitary form of the territorial structure of Ukraine, Poland and Italy (comparative law analysis)

Legal nature, concept, signs and types of the unitary states, sources of their becoming, and also basic principles of organization and functioning of unitary form of the territorial mode of the state, is investigated in dissertation. The basic stages of becoming and development of Ukraine are studied and analysed as the unitary state, it is as a result found out, that a state creative process is on the walks of life of Ukraine, and, consequently, and claim (or attempt of assertion) of unitary form of politiсal and territorial mode, had difficult enough, many-sided, ambiguous, and sometimes, contradictory, however forward, character. The row of positions of scientific character is formulated. In addition, on the basis of comparative analysis normative-legal acts of foreign countries and national legislation the offered ways of optimization of the legal adjusting of unitary form of the territorial mode of Ukraine are made.
