Essay

The thesis is based on observations of 138 patients. The criteria for the degree of disability in the practice of the medical expert, which can be determined using the ray method is: a restriction of mobility elbow joint, limb axis changes in the direct projection, the degree of expression of deforming arthrosis, bone shortening and the presence of angular deformities. The main risk factors of complications of traumatic injuries elbow localization is injured and changing the mechanical axis of the limb in a straight line projection, when a change which increases the risk of artrosis and contractures. The main method of diagnosis of a function after traumatic injury elbow remains X-ra.
